Our Story
Design details:
The concept of the design is to combine various materials, creating a temporary and static form. Different temporary materials like plastic sheets as protection from rainwater, bamboo framework as temporal compartments for community events, the wooden carts as resting platform, formation of different plinth levels and verandah to store things and as sitting. As the design has a sense of temporality as well as permanence, the same space can be used in multiple ways and to attend various practices, as per the requirement. Permanent structural framework for temporary material like foundation for bamboo in the plinth which can be removed when not in use.
